Take me Away, A Secret Place, A Sweet Escape ...

I had the most incredible time last week on a dark and rainy night. I spent most of the week talking myself out of this pre-planned trip, but thank God I ignored my nerves when the time came.

He came from Manchester and when I met him he was like no other man I've met this past decade. Warm, witty, intelligent and most importantly, mentally sane. He had this personality that just oozed charisma. A real character and for once, I felt generally entertained talking to him. And that was before I was treated to watching him swim naked, backstroke being his preference ... hilarious! 

We ended the night in a bar and eventually a well placed hotel. He was considerate, kind, tender and generous.

What more could I ask for? Obviously, his phone number!

I would love to see him again, but know I'm probably not which is a real shame.

Oh well, at least I have this beautiful memory where every moment was filled with fun and laughter
